Mark as Useful Never leaves message. Calls multiple times a day from several different 407 numbers. Very annoyed with whoever this is.

Mark as Useful This number calls several times a day, almost everyday including weekends and doesn't answer when you say hello, just hangs up. Leaves blank messages or no message at all.
I've left a message to tell them to stop but they still call.

Other sites say the Chicago Tribune...well, if theycan deliver daily paper on time-early morning.....( I doubt it, my location is San Francisco Bay area) Maybe I'll answer next time & play them along....you just get so frustrated at these calls!

Mark as Useful Its A Message from Capital one collection agency out of nashville tennessee this call is originating from Ben wheeler Texas they are using locked id's only using hired people from many areas to do their dirty work that company is under a Law Suit Now For Severe harrasment my number that has been called by then over 25 times in a month the previous owners of the number i have now owed many debts they are spanish i have told this bunch of jerks before to Quit calling it because the people dont own it no more they continue to call. I received the same type of call with that number.
I immediately call the customer service Rogers to report this call, all they can tell me is that it is a disconnected number
The question should have asked is:
Who has the control of these phone systems?
Nothing to reassure me to use my phone again
